Abstract
In einer retrospektiven Studie (Zeitraum 1. Juli 1981 bis 30. Juni 1992) wurden die Krankenunterlagen von 28 Kindern analysiert, die wegen Verdachts auf FremdkÖrperaspiration tracheobronchoskopiert worden waren. Alle 17 gefundenen FremdkÖrper konnten endoskopisch komplikationslos entfernt werden. Je 8 FremdkÖrper waren im rechten bzw. linken Bronchialsystem und 1 in der Trachea lokalisiert. Die Erdnuss war mit 39% der hÄufigste BronchialfremdkÖrper. Bei jedem Verdacht auf FremdkÖrperaspiration sollte unverzÜglich eine Tracheobronchoskopie erfolgen. Ebenso ist bei alien chronischunspezifischen Lungenerkrankungen an eine FremdkÖrperaspiration zu denken.
